Through supportive, one-on-one meetings, we'll chart a personalized course for change that:


  • teaches you to articulate your vision for wellness (for example, weight loss, diet improvement, or balancing a newly diagnosed illness) and to translate it into focused action
  • gives you realistic tools to eat wisely and move naturally
  • encourages you to celebrate what's working, and to adjust what isn't
  • leads to accountability through tracking and evaluation
  • emphasizes progress, not perfection
  • builds self-confidence and lasting lifestyle behavior change
