a Certification as a Health & Wellness Coach, I know how fundamental diet and exercise are to a healthy life. And as a person who has struggled with weight and chronic illness, I know that emotional perspective is every bit as important.
When you have your first one-on-one meeting with me, I’ll help you identify your physical goals, but also how they relate to your overall idea of fulfillment. Being well is an ongoing process, and one that is made more successful with a sense of purpose and balance that come from evaluating your connectedness to your thoughts, motivations, others, and the environment.
